AFP ‘pabaon’ system dunay katugotan gikan sa mga ni-aging administrasyon- Biazon

Nagtuo si kanhi Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) chief ug karon Muntinlupa Rep. Rodolfo Biazon nga dili mahitabo ang corruption sa militar kung  walay go-signal gkan sa mga ni-aging presidente.

Matod ni Biazon nga gikinahanglan mahibaw-an kung  kanus-a nagsugod ang "pabaon" system ug kinsa ang nakabenipisyo niini.

Nahisayran nga dunay 21 ka mga opisyal nahilambigit sa maong corruption.  Upat ka  AFP chiefs of staff sa panahon ni kanhi presidente Cory Aquino, 3 kang Fidel Ramos’ time, 2 kang ERAP, ug  11kang  Arroyo.

Samtang gipanghimakak naman ni Biazon ang mga pasangil nga batok kaniya nga usa siya sa mga nakadawat sa pabaon o send off money sa military.


DepEd kulang og 30,000 ka mga magtutudlo


Kulang ang Department of Education og 3o ka libo ka mga magtutudlo para sa gibana-banang 2.5 mil­yon ka mga  estudyante nga magpa-enrol  sa kindergarten sa pag-abli sa klase sa Hunyo o school year 2011-2012.

Sumala ni Benjie Valbuena, bise presidente sa Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT), dili mapun-an sa DepEd kada tuig ang dugay na nga problema sa gamayng suholan nga ginahatag sa gobyerno.

Nahisayran nga P6,000 lamang ang honorarium sa kindergarden teachers kada buwan, nga kasagaran madugay pa pagsweldo, mao nga mangita na lamang og laing trabaho ang mga bag-ong gradwado nga mga magtutudlo.

Nunot niini gihangyo sa ACT nga ihatag ang kaangyang suweldo sa mga magtutudlo sa kindergarden base sa ‘salary standardization scheme’ kung gusto sa gobyerno nga mapun-an ang 30 ka libo ng mga magtutudlo karong pag-abli sa klase.

Gipaniguro karon ni PNOY nga walay problema sa pondo kung ipatuman unya ang repatriation o pagbalhin sa mas luwas nga lugar ang 6,500 ka mga Pilipinong anaa sa Egypt.
Matud naman ni Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Spokesman Ed Malaya, nga daghan ug embahada sa Pilipinas ang duol sa Cairo ang makatabang dayon sama sa Tripoli, Libya; Amman, Jordan ug sa Israel.

Pinoy Patay sa Baha sa Saudi

Usa ka Pinoy ang nahiapil sa 11 ka mga tawo nga namatay sa grabe nga pagbinahaay sa Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; kung diin matud sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) kagahapon, wala pay mga pangalan ang naasoyng mga biktima nga midawit sa duha ka Saudi nationals, usa ka Pinoy, duha ka Canadians, usa ka Egyptian, usa ka Turkish, usa ka Yemeni, usa ka Bangladeshi ug usa ka Nepalese samtang gisusi pa ang nationality sa usa pa ka biktima.

Sa pagkakaron, nakig negosasyon na ang DFA sa Saudi authorities para sa pag-uli unya sa patayng lawas sa biktimang Pinoy.

LGU ASSUMES ODH OPERATION

 
Local Government Unit of Ormoc City assumes operation of the Ormoc District Hospital from the Province of Leyte. This was revealed by Ormoc City Mayor Eric “Beboy” Codilla, on a live interview through “Serbisyo Publiko” program. He also revealed their agreement with Gov. Jericho “Icot” Petilla regarding the said plan.

Gun Aim Scare

Cresencio Capellanes Jr., 36, single, a motorcab driver and a resident of Philrads, Tambulilid personally came to Police Precinct 3 to report a gun aim incident. Capellanes reports that 7pm of January 23, 2011, a certain Joel Pacabis, a resident of the said barangay, came to his house drunk and aimed the gun right at him and suddenly pulled the trigger which to his relief had no bullet. Pacabis also asked about a cellphone and told victim he’s dead. Case has been resolved at once after two parties settle to a conversation.

 PS3 Detains Drunkard

8:50 in the evening last January 23, 2011, a certain Jerry Capillares, 30 years old, married and a resident of  Barangay Tambulilid, Ormoc City asked for assistance at Police Station 3 regarding a drunk person who disturbed the said area.  The Police officers immediately responded to the said incident and brought to the said station Joel Pacabis, 40 years old, a resident of Blk. 6, Barangay Tambulilid, Ormoc City.  It was found out that the said suspect was intoxicated with alcohol and put into jail.

CLUTCH BAG STOLEN

Artemio Sacay, 29, driver and a resident of Brgy. Can-adieng, Ormoc City personally filed complaint at the Police Station 1 of stolen clutch bag which contained (1) unit red & black LG cellphone worth P 1,670.00, professional driver license, SSS card and cash money of P250.00. Incident happened January 24, 2011 around 4pm where he fell asleep inside hi motor cab with plate #1283 parking outside the RTC Bldg.


Man Found Dead


Police Station 1 received a call from PO3 De los Santos from Brgy. Ipil Sub Station regarding a man found dead at Word Vision, Ipil, Ormoc City. Police from the said station as informed at once responded to the said call. Found dead inside his apartment owned by Rose Anota was a certain Lorenzo T. Lantera Jr.. Residents, together with Brgy. Chairman Condrado Delgado revealed that no chaos were heard inside the said apartment prior to the death. 

Dead body was discovered January 24, 2011 around 9:30 in the evening.

Photographer Crispin Odita, 33 of Brgy. Matlang, Isabel Leyte personally filed complaint at the Police Station 1 after a certain Jake Cortez punched him for no reason. According to the police blotter, the victim was at the Mitsubishi Studio here in Ormoc City and was suddenly hit by Cortez which caused immediate deafness after the striking him on his left cheek. Incident happened 9:30 in the morning, January 20, 2011 at the said location.

Employer Hit Househelper


Another complaint filed at the Police Station 1 has been recorded in the police blotter regarding house helper of the Robles family Chella Sanchez, 19, a resident of Brgy. Kreselda, Merida, Leyte another victim of physical injury where employer, Danny Robles of Camp Downes, Ormoc City who allegedly punched her on the left side of her chest causing severe stomach pain. Incident happened January 21, 2011 around 11a.m and victim has been advised by the police to undergo medical examination so to be able to formally investigate on the case.
